Hello!
I bought a tv box about a month ago but when I got it, it was not good. The seller did ask me to do couple things to fix it but none of it worked. Now that I want a return, the seller seems like to not answer my emails.

If its within the last thirty days, you can open a not as described case on Ebay, and ask Ebay to step in since the seller is not responding. Use the Resolution center at the bottom of every page, If its past thirty days, you can open a case at Paypal for six months but you are responsible for return shipping.

In "trying" to fix it, did you take anything apart or alter it in any way? If you even did something as simple as take some screws out it isn't returnable "in the same condition as it was sent". You should never attempt to try to make something work~~just return it in the same condition as you received it for a refund.

Inform the seller that you will dispute the dispute. If he does not respond, open a dispute!

You only have 30 days from the date of delivery to use the money back guarantee and unfortunately you voided your buyer protection when you attempted to fix the TV. If you paid with a credit card just file a chargeback
