Seller sent a collection shipping

Hey

Seller sent a collection date for tomorrow to ship back the item, but the problem i wont be home for a couple days and i cant give the package to the courier. I also dont have a printer. I said i want to ship it with my preffered courier. I contacted the seller but got no response. What should i do?

Sounds like the seller has been more than accommodating. Find a printer, slap the label on the package and leave it sitting on your porch. It's not the sellers concern that you won't be home

Ask a friend if you can print it on their printer.

Take the package with you wherever you go and find a store for that shipping company wherever you are going.

If you don't find a way to send the item back, you will lose your return.

Seller did not set the date, that is the ebay return system; designed to give you more than enough time for you to process the return that you asked for. If you want to use your 'preferred' shipper, then it's on you to pay for it, get a label for it and deliver to that shipper. Otherwise, you'll have to get that label provided by the seller printed and use it by the date shown. As the other poster stated, the seller is doing what they are suppose to and are not required to do more or wait longer for their item to get returned so they can resell it.

You should have waited until you were home to actually file the Returns Request.
