As @Anonymous clarified, as long as tracking shows delivered then you have your item, case closed. But if you don't agree, e.g. not delivered from Germany to another city 250 km away in Lithuania, eBay will protect you.

Again, when an item has been delivered, regardless of the location it was delivered to, the accurate status of the package is delivered. If you see that a package has been delivered to the wrong location, you are eligible for protection.

Hi @coco9619, I apologize if there has been a misunderstanding - tracking showing a delivery status is not the only factor we review when looking into a case. The tracking needs to show the item was delivered to the correct location, and if it shows delivery to a different location, the buyer should be protected in the original case. If a mistake was made when we reviewed the tracking information, we can correct this through an appeal.

Seller send item not to my address

Hi, Item is not delivered, as I check on DHL.de item has into town where is 250km off my address in Germany. Ebay closed my case and write this: "The seller provided tracking information that shows the shipping carrier tried to deliver the item to your address. You can pick it up from the shipping carrier.

After reviewing all the details of this case, we determined that you won't receive a refund."

As @Anonymous already explained, you should be protected in the original case: DHL tracking showing a delivery attempt 250km away is not the only factor they review when looking into a case. If a mistake was made when eBay reviewed the tracking information, you can correct this through an appeal: Either a phone call from Lithuania, clicking the Appeal button, or social media.
