For most situations, it is not a good idea to contest a return that is made under the Money Back Guarantee ... there is a very, very high probability that eBay customer service will sort it out in favor of the buyer, and eBay will punish you with forcing the refund, the loss of eBay fees, and giving you a seller defect.
(It is a horrid practice, but it is what it is).
Generally speaking, the buyer's opinion is what matters, and not yours. However, you can report the buyer as abusing returns.
