This has been ongoing for over a week.
DHL want to ship item back to me as they are unable to deliver.
Seller's email, address and phone number are not responding to DHL or myself.
What do I do?

Maybe they are out of town or has Covid emergency?

As long as eBay can see
- a delivery attempt on your tracking being returned to the seller
- more ago than the 2 business days (or however many days that is in Oz)
- which the seller is allowed to delay refunding after the assumed delivery,
- then eBay will force a refund regardless there's no physical delivery.
Send a private message with your name, email, and postcode to eBay at Facebook or Twitter and ask eBay to review your return tracking. Allow about a day for action, as they are swamped.
