Seller refuses from receive return because of customs reasons

Hi!

The seller from China sent me a wrong item. I started a return. Seller agreed. He sent me the address and phone. I printed this address on the envelope and set estimate in USD and agreed all of this (by photo) with the seller in ebay chat. Then I sent items by DHL. When package arrived in China seller decline to receive it and I see many days the description in tracking: Clearance delay (20 times/days today). Ebay waits for "delivery" status in return and I have no other option. Could you please tell me how to act in this case?

Send a private message with your name, email, and postal code to eBay at Facebook or Twitter and simply say Escalate my return request.

 

eBay considers the seller's attempt to avoid the return the same as Delivered, and will force a full refund. If you paid for DHL yourself, you won't get that back; you would have waited for eBay to make the seller send cash for return shipping.

@datidotua   Sorry you got connected with a dishonest Seller from China.  You may have to contact eBay directly and ask them how to deal with this situation.  In the future, you may want to consider purchasing from other countries.

Click the help and contact link at bottom of page. You have to explain what the seller is doing to ebay.

Thanks. I'm not from US and I have no US phone. I'm from EU. So, I have no possibility to speak by voice with them. There is also no chat possibility and Ebay has no email support. Because of this I decided to write here, I just do not have experience with that situations and I have no possibility in Ebay interface to reach them directly.
Because a return case is still open, I can't open case in paypal too, I have to wait decision from Ebay. But there is no way for decision because they wait for "Delivered" status.

Thank you for help. I tried to use Twitter, but there is no answer from Ebay too. I spoke with Paypal, about opening case there, but they told me that I will lose case in Ebay if I will open case in Paypal.

Also I received a message from DHL. They speak about items confiscation by China customs if I won't give the right phone of Seller. I have the number, but it does not work.

So, I'm sure that the package won't be delivered and I have no any possibility to talk with Ebay about this.

PS. I'll try to buy an US phone number in Skype. May be I can connect with them this way.
