Tracking code info says the package was recieved on August, 2. However, looking at return details on Ebay, it says it's still in transit. Seller is also shady and doesn't respond since I've send a return - says he's on holiday. Because it's in transit - I can't ask Ebay for a refund. Every option I've seen just points out to the item not being recieved yet.
I also didn't agree on who's paying for a return and, being a newbie here, probably lost the money for a return shipping too.

If you have Facebook or Twister @starcraft30 contact eBay to look at the tracking; do it soon, before your return case automatically closes.

Your post is rather confusing. Just exactly how did you process this return? Your comments like "I can't ask Ebay for a refund" and "I also didn't agree on who's paying for a return" make me wonder exactly how you went about this?
Did you request a return by contacting the seller through eBay messaging? Or did you file a formal return-for-refund request through eBay's Resolution Center?

I pressed on request a return and, after explaining that cable is broken, seller agreed. Then a "return details" window appeared expencting me to ship it back (Return started), so I went to post and shipped it using a return adress, wrote tracking details here. Then status changed to Item Shipped.
It looks like this now:

Asked eBay for help and I'm getting a refund!
But it sucks so much that the only seller who has this product went rogue.

The information on eBay's tracking probably does not recognize EMS as a shipping agent. The EMS site does show the return was delivered on 02/08/19. You should probably use the Facebook option to contact ebay, since you cannot connect through the phone number on the site, which is for North American members.
"I also didn't agree on who's paying for a return and, being a newbie here, probably lost the money for a return shipping too".
If the item was not as described, the seller was responsible for paying for the return shipping. Because this was an international transaction, the seller could not create a return shipping label, so you would have had to pay for the return cost, then send a scan or photo of the postal receipt, and the seller would have had to re-pay you after the item was received by them.

Interesting. Buyer had all his negative reviews scrubbed from his page, including mine. How does that happen?
