Seller posting using media mail has no ability to enter cost of shipping supplies

I sell albums on eBay and the entry form has changed recently.  I use USPS media mail and the form automatically lists $4.67 for the media mail charge with no place to also enter charge for shipping supplies.  The old form allowed me to enter my own cost for media mail + shipping supply cost.  What gives?

You should still have that option @mbnewmedia2015 but may need to adjust your settings.

1. Make sure you're using calculated shipping by weight, not flat shipping.

2. Once calculated shipping is selected, you should see an option to add a handling fee. If you don't see that option, click the menu at the top right of the shipping section (might say more options, edit, or show 3 dots) and once the menu is expanded, turn on the slider for handling fee.
