Hi. I bid for two items to the same seller each one with a shipping cost of approx 15 dollars, in the description of both, the seller says to contact him to combine shipping. I sent him several messages with no response. At the end the seller combine shipment but the shipping cost it's a sum. (30 dollars) and the seller still not response any messages. To avoid discussion I paid the total of items with shipping cost and now when I see the detail of the buy it says free shipping on both and apparently because of that the seller will obtein five stars on shipping feedback. Is it OK? What should I do? Thank you for your help and I'm sorry if my it's not very good.

If the items are shipping to Chile through the GSP, there are 3 things you need to know:
1) It is not possible to combine GSP shipments.
2) The seller has nothing to do with GSP shipping charges and cannot change them at any time.
3) The seller does not ever see or receive the amount you pay for GSP shipping. It is paid directly to eBay/Pitney Bowes.
If your seller had free DOMESTIC shipping, this is what you might be seeing? Or, as others said, it's a glitch.
In any case ... the seller did not change the information and has no control over what eBay shows you after sale.
If your items arrive as described, undamaged and on time ... You have gotten what you agreed to pay for when you purchased.
No need to throw "and feedback after" threats around 😞

It may a Ebay problem. I combined two last week and it showed free shipping but I got charged for it? Weird.

Since the listing of each stated shipping at $15, & you agreed to pay that amount, thus you are not entitled to free shipping of the items, which would appear to be some glitch that ebay needs to address.
With respect to combined shipping we logically assume there will in most instances be a cost saving which will then be passed along to the buyer.
However if there is no specific mention that combined shipping will save a buyer money, some sellers may simply choose to pocket any savings, which I don't recommend doing for good reasons.

Well... it seems like the seller changed the shipping cost after payment (can he do that?). Now i'm seeing the shopping detail from web and still the seller will obtein five stars on shipping feedback, what I believe it's unfair.

A lot of times combined shipping isn't possible depending on weight and location.
Where did you want the items shipped by the way? Chile?

Yes, Chile. The products are really small so I don't know... Anyway my complain is more focus on the change of information after payment and feedback after. Does not seems fair to me.

The seller can’t change the shipping cost after you paid. I’ve heard some other reports of this happening with combined shipping so as someone else said this sounds like a glitch or it’s possible it’s through global shipping program. Maybe the seller has free shipping for US and the charge is for from gsp to you? It can’t be combined in that case either

Well explained. I'm clear now. I will wait until the shipping process ends. May be, it'll be fix. Thanks for the explanation.
