It's been a couple of weeks now since i bought the product, it was supposed to be shipped within 1 week but that didn't happen, so i tried to cancel the order. The seller refused to cancel my order and said that they were on a christmass break and that they will begin shipping (seller didn't use the time away feature). Nearly another week has passed but no news on the delivery. I want to know if i can ask for a refund or if i just have to wait for the item to arrive (and open an item no received case in case it doesn't).

Open an item not received case right now. Don't delay, just do it, no reason for any of that nonsense!

Hi @aloma-9723 . Was the seller on Time Away when you made your purchase? When you look at the order, confirmation email what is the estimated delivery date range?

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

No i'm sure it didn't have time away activated, because the delivery date changed with the progresion of the days as it should do, the date of estimate delivery is between the 8 and 20 of jan, so there is time to ship it, but they said that the expected delivery time from Poland to Chile is 3 weeks, so it wouldn't arrive on time
