Seller gets beat up....twice

I sold an item that the post office lost for a couple weeks. I paid 150 to ship item. Buyer was irate and wanted refund. I'm out 150 bucks. But then ebay comes in and wants the sellers fee? Is this right?

If the buyer filed a case and you didn't respond in the allotted time, yes, eBay will still charge FVFs.

Well, yes... eBay will want the FVF if you sold an item here.

Did the buyer eventually receive the item?   You stated that the post office lost it for a couple of weeks....but did they eventually deliver it?
