Seller gave message an inactive tracking number, and will not respond to me.

I’ve been having a bit of an issue. Over a month ago I placed an order for an item. The seller took over ten days to give me a tracking number, and the number isn’t active.

There have been no signs of shipping, and the seller will not contact me, no matter how many times I contact them.

ive also checked their feedback, and they have some that is quite concerning.

i just want my money back. I’m furious.

Go to My eBay >> Purchase History and find the item you purchased.  There should be an expected delivery date for the item.  If this date has passed, then you can file an Item Not Received claim to get your money back (there should be a link beside the item to do this, or you can click on the Resolution Center link at the bottom of most every page on eBay).

May prove helpful to always spend a little time reviewing feedback content left for a seller before commiting to purchase or bid.
