Seller doesn't give correct address for return

Hi All,

I have bought an item from London location. The size wasn't correct, because of that I opened return process. But it shows me that I need to return it to the China. I have contacted seller and he gave me address in UK. When I tried to pay for a post, I found that the seller didn't give me full address (didn't mention about flat number). After that I didn't get any answers from the seller. What can I do in this situation? Thank you

You may need to post your question on the UK boards since most here are in the US.  I'm not familiar enough with UK distance selling rules myself.

Since the Distance Selling Regulations no longer apply in UK law, you probably shouldn't go up that creek without a poodle.
