Requested a return as I received wrong item. Seller accepted return, and I have also received notification right away on ebay email saying "Here's your return shipping label". Okay, I'm clicking on this message and apparently nothing is there apart from text "the seller sent you a return shipping label. Be sure to send the item back to the seller by 02 Oct, 2018." and product ID with return ID. Checking return details page...Don't see any return label there or button to make it pop out to print. Contacted seller directly three times since 12th Sept. and no reply. The seller is registered as bussines seller if that matters. Sells tons of stuff everyday. The case will be closed within a week if I don't send it back.I really have never had a negative experience on ebay before throughout many many years of using it.And now knowing that I can't even directly contact ebay for help if something happens just really ruins that and makes you feel helpless..what the hell... because all they got is "ask us to step in", but if you select such option, you can't even leave any comment to explain the situation.

Clear your browser's cache and try the link again. Also make sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader. If still a problem, you will have to call ebay and have them email you a copy of the label.

either ask ebay to step in using the link or call them. The seller didn’t upload the label, he just indicated that he did.

Call ebay customer service and report that you need a return label.
Customer service staff are committed toward helping provide buyers on ebay, a happy buying experience.

Calling ebay myself from where I live will end up me spending about the same price or even more than that for sending item back at my expense (considering all the waiting times when you call). I guess I have no other option but to leave negative review with insults on seller's page and stop using ebay from now on.

Used to live in UK a while ago.I'm EU citizen. Looked up well and haven't found any direct email options. btw live chat is a bot.
Ok, my apologies, your feedback profile shows you in the UK so I thought maybe you were getting a US phone number since you are on the .com site
live chat is a bot? That stinks. Doesn’t surprise me though. Do you use Facebook? You can send customer service a message that way but it does take a couple days for a response in my experience.
