Bought ''Vintage Longines Ladies Watch" 122927977619 - got absolute fake with LONGUNE name on it.

Item conition in title "New with tags", in the listing "Condition: Good working order''

Watch is cheap Hong Kong fake and not working at all, so item is absolutely not as described:(

Seller (100% positive) does not respond to return request, 4 days nothing...

Follow the instructions you were given by eBay—if the seller doesn’t respond by the date eBay have you, “ask eBay to step in and help”. Once it’s been 3 full business days since the request was opened you should see a link to ask eBay to step in.

Seller has 3 full business days to respond.

Once that timeframe has passed, you will be able to "ask eBay to step in."

It should give you dates in the request.   That provides the last day the seller has to respond - until 11:59:59 pm Pacific time.  That very next day starting at 12:01, you'll be able to act.

Let's say you opened it Monday.  Seller has Tues, Wed & Thursday to respond.  Friday you can escalate it.
