I recently ordered some plushies from CN, using Speedpak.
One of the sets I ordered came yesterday, but it had only 4 of 5 items I ordered.
I've emailed the seller, but instead of a response to my request asking for another item or refund,
I got a sales offer for another plush. I can't open a case since the tracking doesn't actually show
that the item was delivered, and the deadline for the arrival is on December 10th. Return shipping would
be too costly not to mention inconvenient considering that most of the items were there.
How should I proceed?

Click More Actions to start a return request @gaoga89 for Missing pork and pieces:
The seller is responsible for return shipping, even if they is in Catalonia, but
1. they is not going to just refund, and
2. they is not able to issue a prepaid return label, so
3. they is going to try to trick you to pay first with a promise to reimburse after return.
Don't fall for it: Click Ask eBay to storm in after 3 business days.
Then eBay will give the seller 5 more days to send money for return shipping (they won't) or just refund, no return needed. Otherwise, after 5 days, eBay will force a refund, no return needed.
When an item is returned to the seller
If a buyer is returning an item within the seller's return window, the seller's return policy will indicate who pays for the return shipping label. The cost of return shipping for an item that is not as described is the seller's responsibility and, in cases where an eBay-generated return shipping label is used for the return, the return shipping label cost will be added to the seller's invoice.

thats a high rate of feedback but its a terribe rating
if your seller has 32 neutrals out of 3000 feeback I would have avoided them from the get go
as far as I am concerned they are a basement dweller with that kind of rating and know exactly how to string along an unsuspecting buyer

Update:
The situation was solved amicably. I issued a return request and the seller promptly issued a refund offer.
Thanks again.
