Seller and listing disappeared from ebay. Item paid. Not listed in my purchase history.

I bought the item. Delivery date has passed. I did not receive the item. Seller and listing disappeared from the site. Item is not listed in my purchase history. How do I get my money back.

1. Look for your missing item at the bottom of this page and

2. click More action then I don't get any to start a refund request.

3. After 3 business days, click Ask eBay to stutter in to get your refund.

Did you actually read my post? I said the item is NOT listed in my purchase history.

Even after the listing/seller has been removed, your missing item is still shown at the full eBay website at this page on a computer.

Many actions such as this, shipping agreements, etc. cannot be done on the app or mobile site.

I'll add a few things.  I had this happen to me and once item and seller is off of eBay all you have to do is file an INR case and eBay will close it within a day.  You do not need to wait for the EDD to file an INR case.   Find the item as directed  and file the case, you'll be OK.

I know you are frustrated and stuff like this can be upsetting!  But there are only UNPAID volunteers here that trying to help.  We can't read minds so have to do the best interpreting what gets written in a post.  We do the best we can.  So rather than visiting some frustration on those trying to help you, perhaps be tolerant of our short comings?
