Selecting and printing shipping labels from USPS.

This morning I had a very frustrating experience  while trying to ship my items.  I went through the normal routine adding weight and dimensions.  When I got to the point where I was going to select "Purchase Shipping Label" it did not turn from gray to blue.  I was not able to purchase from USPS.  When I would select Fedex of UPS it would turn blue and I could have purchase shipping labels for both.  I do not know if I will have this issue tomorrow.  I ended up going to Paypal and creating shipping labels there.  I had no choice.  Has anyone experienced this, and if so what was the remedy? Hopefully it is just a temporary issue that will clear its self up soon.

Yes, it was temporary. I discovered the reason from other Ebay sellers, not Ebay. The reason it happened was because mail delivery from my location stopped moving. Due to this a buyer complained to Ebay about not receiving their item. In turn, Ebay froze all of my funds until it was resolved. I was not able to buy shipping labels from USPS because of this. The item arrived to the buyer two days later. The problem was that when I contacted Ebay they said it must be a problem with my computer and to delete all the cookies, and they tried to say it could be because I used a Chromebook. Neither of these was the reason. Now how can Ebay not know why it was doing that when they set it up to do that in that situation. Hmmmm
