Selected 7x2 USPS label but getting 4x6.

I use USPS 2x7 labels for 99% of my items.  Recently had to use UPS for a large item and that must be a 4x6 label so I used a QR. 

Now, Im back to USPS and even though 2x7 is reselected, the label I receive when I purchase is a 4x6 label.

How do I fix this?

On the lower right of the create label page, make sure the label format shows as 2x7 or click change if it doesn't.
