I recently purchased a lot of 8 hard drives from a seller on eBay. After testing them, one quickly showed it had issues so I returned it for a refund to the seller. After some more time, it turns out that all 8 of them have issues. I had already opened a refund for the first item I needed to return, and have received the refund for it. How am I able to open a refund for the remaining 7 items? I called support and they were less than helpful, and told me to just print out the same shipping label again.

How are multi-quantity items handled?
Buyers are able to return multiple quantities of the same item with a single return, but can only initiate one return for each multi-quantity item purchase. For example, if @smart_monkey3223 initiates a return for 3 of 10 shirts purchased as a multi-quantity item, they will not be able to initiate a return for the remaining 7 shirts at a later date.

If you paid with Paypal you should be able to open a return there but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

I wish this would have been easier to find, but thanks for the answer.
If you paid with PayPal, first activate https://paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/returns then open a dispute http://paypal.com/disputes for Significantly Not As Described. If your seller does not respond with a refund, click Escalate to PayPal before the deadline. If PayPal says to return the remaining turtles for a refund, pay for ONLINE-TRACKED return shipping, PayPal will force a refund upon delivery, then ask to reimburse your return shipping.
Otherwise, if you paid with a credit card, file a chargeback (call the number on the back of the card) and provide any email showing that you already asked the seller to pay for return shipping:
Notice that your seller's return policy is moot. Your card issuer will give you a provisional refund, same or next day.

The seller already agreed to give me a refund, the problem I'm having is with eBay trying to actually get the item shipped back to the seller.
