Second attempt to return

in this store  https://www.ebay.com/usr/la-la-land-shop?_trksid=p2047675.l2559

I accidentally clicked "Return item" at 18 of February.  After that I canceled it.  Now I really want to return it.

How to do it?

I see just it  -

You closed the return
Feb 18
Per ebay's policy, return has been approved"

Seller tells that he will provide me a shipping return label but he doesn't do it.

Nothing will happen in Ebay.  They don't allow for re-opening a claim.
