Scan sheets not working ?

For the fourth day here in land o lakes florida, my carrier has scanned my scan sheet and i am not getting acceptance scans, sometimes no scans even at the ybor distribution center... and sometimes not until they reach their destination... I am going to start taking a hit soon, aren't i?

I noticed mine arent getting scans uploaded till about 3 or 4 days later, then it has all the info. as long as it has that acceptance on there ebay wont give you a late shipment hit (but keep an eye on it cause we all know how realible ebay is)

I don't use scan sheets but am having similar issues here in Fort Myers, Fl. Anything that's headed to the Ybor facility shows no tracking history until it's "out for delivery" 2-3 days later. Anything heading through Tampa and Orlando facilities appear to be fine though missing the acceptance scan. This started around 8/22 and currently have 28 shipments with "arrival at (destination) unit" and "delivered" scans in the tracking history (no acceptance or in-transit).  Since then, each day only one of my packages will get an acceptance scan, the rest are overlooked.  One sent to Miami on Monday,  (via Ybor) should've been delivered by now, is M.I.A. 

As for taking a hit, I noticed (in seller hub) getting dinged for "tracking updated on time, no acceptance scan" then they'd  disappear the next day. I guess if it's delivered on time, the defect is removed? Weird. 

Btw, I ship daily from a contract post office that does not have capabilities to scan packages.

I have been going crazy for the last hour trying to figure out why my late shipment rate is up 1.5 points in the last two weeks, and after some research, I have found the same thing... days I know I submitted an acceptance scan (I do every day **bleep**) where the first contact with the Post Office was two days later.  Late, according to eBay, whatever day it was scanned.  My wife and I bust our butts every day to get our items out ON TIME, this is making me livid. I had thought there was a problem with my scan sheets, occasionally the PO can't scan the bar code and the clerk must enter it manually. But they always show on the receipt and it's never been a problem before.  At least now we have some ammunition to use to  complain to eBay.  I will be sure to call them and use this post to try and get some lee-way with my late shipment rate. This is crazy, don't let eBay jerk you around.  Call them and complain, they take enough of our money.

When the post office scans your sheet it's not the same as an acceptance scan. It's just a scan to say the post office is in possession of  your packages.
