So apparently everyone knows you never pick unverified shipping or whatever? I guess Im just an idiot because I dont know where or what I did wrong. How do I prevent buyer from just lying and saying product didnt arrive? Explain like you're teaching a 7 year old, is this a shipping setting I choose when posting a listing, or something I ask for at the post office, or what?
Specifically what shipping options do I choose for these 3 listings to ensure that I dont get scammed again and also pay the least for shipping? Thanks for doing the job of non-existent ebay support.
1. $42 dollar trading card shipped in one-touch hard case
2. Complete in Box GBA game
3. 20 dollar set of 4 card, shipped in 2 toploaders
(Also you can just check my account to see the specific items in question.)

If you don't have tracking what evidence is there that they got it ?
Your items look like they probably should be going USPS Ground Advantage.

Use USPS Ground Advantage @andthom-2399 . It comes with tracking and up to $100 insurance in the event of a lost package.
It's the most economical tracked option for the items you're selling at those listing price points.

Two of items are showing that you will ship Ground Advantage which does have tracking. If you buy the label on eBay the tracking number will automatically upload.
On the 4 cards listing you show that you will be using ebay standard delivery but you will not be able to print a label using that service as your listing is for $22 and the maximum is $20. eBay standard delivery does have tracking of sorts but it does work differently than your standard tracking as it is scanned by the sorting machines, not by the person who delivers the mail. You also want to make sure that if you use it, the envelope is flexible enough to be go through the sorting machines. There are various posts on the forums explaining how it works and you could read more about it here.

The term you need is "tracking." All USPS package postage options include tracking and delivery confirmation at no additional cost. Also, eBay's special "Standard envelope," available in selected categories including trading cards, includes a less-thorough version of tracking but it satisfies eBay's requirements for on-time shipping and for seller protection against fake "Item not received" claims.
The only USPS services which do not offer tracking and delivery confirmation are First Class letters and flats (AKA Large envelope). eBay does not sell postage labels for those services, although they do allow sellers to set up listings which offer them.

Tracking numbers. Ship everything tracked. If you ship using eBay labels the tracking# is provided.
