I sent Mont Blanc pen brand new pen cost 900$, after 25 days of using he sent money back request, coz it’s damaged. And I have prove it was not damaged! And of course eBay on his side, how I can manage it? For sure I will get back wrong item!

1) Return for full refund, you pay for shipping and get what buyer will send
2) Refund automatically, buyer will keep item.
3) Do nothing, at which point eBay will side with buyer, refund them, they keep item.

I don't think a scammer would wait 25 days.
If they have filed an INAD, right now, accept the return and pay return shipping.

Ok, means he use my new pen almost 1 month. Damage it, and want to return, and I must accept? No other choose?

No other choice, unless you refuse, then Ebay will refund him from your account, and let him keep the pen.

I can't comment if you are losing money as I do not have the item to determine is condition. However, bottom line when it comes to selling on eBay:
1) Buyer is always right, no matter what
2) Seller is always wrong
3) Never sell anything you can't afford to loose
4) When in doubt, go back to #1
It has been known that buyers tend to switch goods with their own damaged items or junk, in order to get things for free. Not much recourse other than filling a claim with eBay and with your PO.

Registered in Kazakhstan, shipping luxury items from greater China.
What possibly could have happened with that pen?

I find it's best to wait until the item is returned to judge the situation. It may not be a scam at all. If it was brand new how can you prove it was not damaged? You cannot have used / tested it and say it is brand new. It could have been damaged in shipping as well. I'm not saying that is the case here but counterfeit MontBlancs (and most counterfeits for that matter) look perfect and work at first but develop issues eventually.
