I am so annoyed right now, I cannot think straight. I purchased some shoes from a seller, but the shoes are not new in box as described. In fact, one looks like it was stored under some bricks and has a scuff where the leather is peeling at the front. The right side has a indentation on it. The shoes do have a tag attached, but there is no way, these shoes can be described as new. New with damage, perhaps.
Now, I am stuck trying to fight for a refund. The seller refuses to accept the shoes back and Ebay says I must wait for three business days before they can help. Are you kidding? The seller has already refused. Why do I need to wait? Why can't people have integrity? The shoes are in bad shape.
I have taken photos to prove that these are not the shoes I thought I was purchasing, but I still must wait. *Sigh*

Looks like you have a lot of problems buying on Ebay. Have you opened a lot of snad cases? Be careful you dont lose your buyer protection with Ebay and PP.

What cases are you referring to? I actually do not have a lot of problems with purchases placed on Ebay, so please clarify what you are talking about. I am confused by your response.

They are referring to your feedback “left for others” which shows you have a history of problems.

You don't seem to make many happy purchases

No, out of say 35 or more purchases, it would be wrong for me to complain for having 5-6 bad purchases if they were in fact bad experiences?
I only ask because you are looking at a ton of feedback where I have given positive feeback, but the few that were a mess stand out. Do me a favor, leave my post. You and the others. It is evident that there is bias in your response because you are a seller. You probably have been dishonest and was upset when a seller was honest with feedback. Look at the feedback left for me. Sellers have a right to defend themselves, especially against bad buyers. Do I have bad feedback?

Oh, does it? How many positive experiences do I have in comparison? These responses are laughable.

Three business days is spelled out in the policy. Yeah, it stinks when a seller plainly states they aren't going to accept the return (they'll learn differently soon enough the price they'll ultimately pay), but they can't make individual exceptions that stray from this return policy.
The seller may have an light bulb moment just before the time is up.
3 business days seems like a long time especially when a seller is fighting, but it does give all sellers an equal chance (some don't log on daily for whatever reasons).

Math is off too - I counted 8 in total. I am glad that I no longer sell here because if I did, I would block you in a heartbeat.
And BTW, I am not a "bitter seller" and the world does not revolve around you. As posted previously, waiting is part of the "bargain" when filing claims, but you should know that by now.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience, but you can't expect us to tell you anything that would be really helpful, as there's nothing to be done to expedite the process of waiting, then filing an SNAD. I'm guessing you just needed to vent?
When you open a topic on the discussion boards, members of the Community are bound to see that as an invitation to offer advice or voice an opinion. This is a diverse group of people, with varying points of view and experiences which tend to be reflected in their responses.
You're not going to like everything you read. If you don't want the interaction or only want commiseration, then posting here is probably not a good idea.
BTW, of course you would only have positive feedback. Buyers cannot be given negative feedback.

You realize this is over the course of several years, right?
