You could start by visiting usps.com.   There you can find rates to all different zones for all different weights and for all different services.

The person asking the question is from Sri Lanka so until things change re payment, can't sell here legally. They would need to know shipping from their country which we can not help with. Asking questions does not change or improve your rating on eBay. Post in the community forums have nothing to do will selling on eBay, the two are not connected.

They would be shipping from Sri Lanka not US, so USPS rates would not apply.
