SHIPPING TO CANADA

Canada is not receiving first class packages from the the  USA due to Covid. I have a package sitting in Limbo  what is Ebay going to do for us sellers who have NO CONTROL over this.

Since February I mailed 18 1st class packages to Canada and they have all been delivered. The delivery takes longer, no question about it. What used to take mostly 2-10 days (I mail from VA) now takes between 8 - 25 days.

It would be useful if you provided some specific information about your package. Was it a more expensive item? It may be sitting at the customs. When did you mail it, where is the last scan? etc. When I go to my listings and check the delivery to Canada, ebay provides this information:

Estimated between Wed. Sep. 30 and Wed. Oct. 21
Seller ships within 1 day after receiving cleared payment

Please note the delivery estimate is greater than 26 business days.
Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing.

That's all ebay can do. The only thing you can do is to insure the package (if you decide to sell to Canada)

Canada has been able to receive all mail, regardless of how it was sent, all along, Yes there have been slow downs, but it will get here.. I have noticed a lot of scans missing, along the way, one item arrived at customs, and the next scan showed out for delivery. So maybe that is what has happened to your package. I am also finding ebays isn't getting timely updates for tracking, So i will go straight to  Canada post or USPS, and check my tracking numbers there..Some times there is more up to date info there.
