SHIPPING Options

When my wife is listing an item on her site she can just easily add or delete different shipping options but it is much harder on my site where I have to set up options and choose from a bunch of options that are hard to understand what to do or how it works.  Is there a way to change to the easier way that is  on her site?

Is she using Business Policies?

My eBay >My Account >Selling>Business Policies.   Here she can set up as many different shipping policies as needed and easliy edit them.   She can also  choose shipping services ( USPS, UPS< Fed Ex, etc...) , set up shipping discounts, rate tables ( different shipping rates based on distance from you to your buyer), and international shipping if applicable.  

My eBay >My Account >Selling>Shipping Perferences.  Here she can exclude shipping locations, allow combined payments and shipping, offershipping discounts to buyers, ask for buyer' phone number, set  up same business day handling times if applicable.

It sounds like one of you is opted into business polices and the other isn’t.

No, we just started selling as we do each year and hers was as always but  mine changed to something with many choices with different shipping combinations.

In "My Ebay" I don't see My Account and can't find anything about Business Policies or how to change it.   I think I need to get rid of the Business Policies but can't find how to get there.

How do I get in or out of Business Policies?  That is most likely my problem but can't find how to get there to change.

I was stuck in policies for a year and was finally able to escape them on the policy page itself. Go to your policy page and look for something in the top right area of the page.
