Agree.. with my Mac I have used chrome and safari and neither will even show the image of the purchased label. I've resorted to using the App to purchase and then mailing the label to myself, uploading it to adobe PDF file then I can print. This worked for a flat rate priority label... idk if 1st class by weight is even an option through the app. ☹️ Kinda a pain eBay.

I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer, none work. This is an Ebay internal issue.

FWIW, I printed two labels from Edge tonight and behavior is back to pre-June 16. So label viewer comes up with gray print label button and image is vertical rather than blue print label button and horizontal image. Better yet, when I select it, it does indeed launch my printer options with scaling. For me at least...everything seems to be back to normal.

MS Edge: Label viewer comes up following purchase. When I selct the blue button to print the label (this previously launched my print options), it does nothing. I have 2 workarounds with Edge: I can right click in the label window and save as a pdf to the desktop or another folder. Then I can open the pdf, scale it to a custom size and print it. Alternately, I can select the MS Edge options in the upper right and then select View in Internet Explorer. It will then launch the label which can be custom scaled and printed. Extra steps and PITA, but doable.
Chrome: Label viewer comes up following purchase. When I selct the blue button to print the label, it launches the print menu but does not allow for any custom scaling. So it only prints a full sized label, which is not optimal for smaller packages.
Firefox: Same as Chrome...Label viewer comes up following purchase. When I selct the blue button to print the label, it launches the print menu but does not allow for any custom scaling. So it only prints a full sized label, which is not optimal for smaller packages.
I have seen some posts where people say it works fine with Edge. My experience is that it still works, but works differently. So I think it is safe to say that there is no standard answer for this. Everyone is going to have different experiences depending on your Operating System, your browser, your printer and related print drivers, whether you automatically install MS updates etc.
Brian, (assuming your name is Brian, seems logical), ........................... thanks.
I have Edge, worked for me.
I'm a bit exhausted from all of the hoo-ha the last few days just trying to get sales labeled and mailed.
I was reluctant to try a NEW label so I went to a sale already mailed and tried reprint label, looks good!
I so appreciate your clear directions, thanks again. Donna

You should have 3-4 different browsers installed with imported settings as backups.
You should have pirateship as a backup.
Buy a Mac so you can use GargeSale.
