SELLER CHANGED A FAKE SHIPPING SERVICE

PLEASE HELP ME

The seller who showed his item on Ebay will use USPS shipping, when I completed the payment the seller created an USPS shipping label but the tracking never updated, 5, 6 days later , the seller changed to another shipping service, it's Sunyou post, I researched this shipping service and found out it's a scam shipping service, many shoppers have reviewed, they said that the tracking history showed already delivered.
But They didn't receive anything, my package is still in transit. What should I do? Looking forward to
everyone's help

Re: SELLER CHANGED A FAKE SHIPPING SERVICE

Not necessarily a scam, could be a situation where SunYou will transfer to USPS as I've seen that numerous times.

What you should do @huakhuong is pay attention to the estimated delivery date on the order. If there's a date range, then look at the last date in the range. If your package hasn't arrived by then and does not show active tracking movement you can file an item not received claim. You have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to file a claim.

Re: SELLER CHANGED A FAKE SHIPPING SERVICE

Last month, I bought an item form China seller, he used China's Track718 Shipping Service to ship my item, I  was waited the package from wish with the tracking number provided and found out they using Track718 to deliver the packeage. the tracking history said aldready delivered. But I didn't receive anything. After that, I complained to paypal , but They still give me loss, They said the item delivered, I did say that I didn't sign for item or didn't receive it, the Paypal staff did not care about this.  They only based on information on the https://www.track718.us/en that is a fake shipping service, many buyers had been cheated by seller who use this shipping service. Sunyou post is the same, this is a fake shipping service, I do not how to get my money back now.

Where does it show that it was delivered to when you check the tracking at https://parcelsapp.com/

OP's package is still in transit.

If, however, the package is eventually marked delivered and the buyer hasn't received the package, then there could be a "fake tracking scam" where the package is delivered to a different address in the same zip.

If that happens then @huakhuong should come back here for new advice. But at this point, there's no cause for concern. I've seen several buyers receive packages without issue that travelled part of the journey with SunYou.

It is not fake, it is merely a website that tracks tracking numbers from multiple carriers. I just plugged in the tracking number for one of my sea mail packages coming from Japan and it showed me the exact tracking information that is also shown when I enter the tracking number on the Japan Post website.

I was referring to the package in post 3 that the op said was shown as having been delivered. I should have been more specific.
