As far as I know the only way to print these within Ebay is with the bulk shipment option correct? If so, what the heck is going on here?!?!?
Why are we FORCED to ship in that manner in order to get the form? Where's the logic in that? I'm sorry, but after YEARS of being a partner here why does this feel like "a tactic" to thwart us from receiving those forms and therefore assists us in getting dinged for then late shipments with our rating? Which THEN of course means we qualify for less and make Ebay more money......Hrmm..
There is NO logical reason that we shouldn't be able to print those at will for the day in ONE form whenever our shipments are done. I use Shipstation as a platform as well and it's 1-2-3. It's called "End of the Day." It tallies everything up on one form and BAM mission complete.
Without going into detail there's a reason why I still need that form here, but heck don't we all? Please stop making 5,000 useless changes that no one wants or very few need and start with the basics. There's SOOO many obvious things that should of been done/corrected A LONG time ago that just seemingly fall continuously on deaf ears.

I make one trip to the post office, so to me, NBD to use the bulk printing in ebay just before I leave to print my shipping labels, the package list, receipt for label purchase, and SCAN form. I adhere my labels to my prepared packages, and off I go. I have my choice of three post office locations depending on what I am doing that day, so very easy to specify which post office I will be using to drop off my packages.

I used to drop my packages on the counter in the designated area for pre-paid packages, but now I just patiently stand in line and have them scanned. I want to see them go across the counter and get scanned in. The workers at the Post Office know me by name, know I have weighed them properly, and generally just scan them quickly and hand me a receipt.

This is our method as well.
NEVER leave packages unattended at the counter. And when shipping with a courier service ALWAYS get a scan sheet.
We stand in line with the packages, the clerk scans each package then provides us with a receipt. The receipt states which packages are scanned with appropriate tracking codes.
If using Canada Post, USPS or FedEx: they can and DO provide scan receipts at no charge.
CP once told us they didn't provide them and then lost a package and said we didn't drop it off. They know who we are now. Not only can they there are 3 methods that can be used: the easy electronic method, a stamp method, or a hand-written method.
(Depending on how the postage is pre-purchased online the electronic method can be difficult for them to scan... in which case they usually stamp the 2nd half of the printed postage label below the dotted line.)
QUESTION: Does anyone know if there is a service that provides a scan sheet for one package (to use with a courier service)?

I do wish there was an option to go back and reprint or get a new one if you find you maybe get one or two more sales after you've already printed out the bulk scan sheet. I've had times when something has happened in the middle of printing whether through my mistake or some sort of ebay glitch and it doesn't print out. Then I have to get them individually scanned an the post office.

AWESOME Idea for ALL sellers who use a scan sheet on Ebay...........We would also LOVE the idea of packaging out and Labeling orders thru the day then print one scan sheet when the USPS truck arrives dailey...........You can on places like stamps.com or 123 but not here using ebay shipping labels.
We dont use a scan sheet on other platforms just box, print and place in the usps out going shipments.......Been doing that for 2 years and never have gotten a late shipment.

eBay, what is the status?!

We would very much love to have a scan form after all the items we have sold for the day have been shipped. We can not use the bulk shipping option because we sell many different items that are specific. There is no way for us to know who ordered what when using the bulk printing option. Ebay PLEASE update this to where we can ship individual orders and then at the end of shipping populate a SCAN form.

I use the bulk shipping all the time. Each order displays the buyer's name/address, what they ordered, price for shipping etc. If I need to change the weight of the item for combined shipping, I can easily do that. Since I am a low volume seller, I can print all of my labels at one time. I do see now where a seller can use the bulk shipping and just print a few labels, and then later in the day, use the bulk shipping to print additional labels, and then at the end of the day, click that option to GENERATE a scan sheet and then print it out.

(Bolded by me.) Where can I find that option to which you refer that will generate a scan sheet? I can't find it. Would you please post a screen shot or help me locate it? Thank you very much!
