This is in no way directed at the post staff but the system as a whole.
I found a decent niche on ebay and over the last month sold 42 items ranging from £6.99 to £13.99. however over the last week i have now had 9 item not received requests.
Now, i'm partly to blame as i use 2nd class large with no tracking (i have just changed this now to 48 tracked) therefore can't prove the legitimacy of these requests. however i doubt i have had 9 bad actors?
Just can't understand how these go missing. I double checked the postcode before i send to make sure right street etc...
The margins are okay so i can cover a 2nd delivery however just really disappointing.
Anyone else found a recent trend with this?
