Why is Any Seller required to supply a return policy ? For show, a waste of time. Buyers are able to say what every they want. False, made up whatever. Reporting false statements by buyers is indeed useless. Ebay has no trouble putting this on line.. Sellers ends up with Negative Feedback and the buyer moves on to the next Victim. EBAY'S support is completely Buyer Based. Years and EBAY has not changed this process.
Feed back for Buyers falls under useless. Please say something nice about me ! I have 100% positive feedback, what else could you have.

It's a required field when listing.

That's y I switched to 'free returns'.
At least sellers can get up to 50% back if the buyer abused the return process.
This is not ideal when sellers receive a different item back, etc, but better than nothing, IMHO.
Also, sellers would end up having to pay for return shipping anyway on false INAD returns.
