Ebay totally messed up a return. Customer opened Buyers Remorse Return, and failed to return item. I had the case closed, then eBay allowed her to open INAD - eBay immediately stole my money from paypal, and sent her full refund. Then, closed case in my favor - but has not refunded me. Excuse after excuse - takes time, they have to deal with paypal, it should be there in a few days - this has been going on for MORE THAN 2 WEEKS. Have contacted supervisor, and ebay for business on facebook - nothing but excuses.
