Date of the arrival

SO if I order my tuxedo today and put a $20.00 fee I wanted to know when will it arrive to my house before April 14, 2018.

So if I order this tuxedo and it says it will come Friday April 13-Tuesday May 1, 2018 but if I put a $20.00 fee in for a earlier date I will like to know when it will arrive to my house and will probably ship it with between UPS or FedEx.
