Buyer hasn’t returned item for refund.

I agreed to a return on 6/2. The item hasn’t been mailed back. Ebay says if not back by 6/11 the case would be closed. Not closed and monies still on hold in PayPal. I see no option for me to say it hasn’t been mailed back. Thanks for any help:)
