I been send all the money to customers when returning a product including shipping or how I should do it help??

It depends on how your return policies are set up and the reason that the buyer is returning the item. If it is a Not As Described claim, then yes, you must refund all the money, and you must pay for their return shipping cost. If you have a free return policy, then again, you must refund everything and pay for the return. If you have a no return policy, and the buyer returns for remorse reasons, then you only return the cost of the item, or you can also refuse a return completely.
