When you have "automatically approved returns" set up for your buyers and a return is requested and automatically approved- does the seller still need to go in and "purchase" the "Return Shipping Label", or is this not already automatically done? C/S told me it is automatically done but I had one customer ship an item back at the post office and another say that he is waiting for the return shipping label I told him was already issued by ebay? Confused but don't want to be charged for one twice???

I am am also in the automatic returns program, you do not have to do anything, click anything or approve, customer service has told me repeatedly that the instructions for the buyer to print out the label are all over the place and easy to find and they also remind them every single time they log in to print the label and return the item.the CSR`s have told me its not something they will miss easily.if they are having trouble with it,its not something you can do on your end

I am also in the auto-returns, and I find that sometimes the label is generated by eBay, and the whole thing is a done deal by the time they tell me about it, but sometimes I have to accept the return, after which I am given the option of having eBay send a label or sending one myself. I don't really understand why it goes one way or the other, I just try to go with the flow.
