Returns/refunds

A buyer was to receive a refund. But against my listing "Buyer pays for return shipping" refused to ship the item back. This case had a return by 2/10 date which passed and I hadn't heard or received the item back. So, I get a new message from the buyer stating they returned the item back to my supplier/store and sent a copy of the receipt. The buyer stated my credit card had been credited and want their refund immediately. I was surprised that they could do that/pull it off, without knowing how I obtained/paid for the item. I wish this buyer would use eBay and follow their guidelines/procedures. This is a buyers remorse issue, in which negative feedback has been left calling myself a scammer.  I'm wandering what should be my course of action?

Well, wander no more: You're here now.

And back when you were wandering, you should have thought not to use a "store/supplier" that includes invoices when they ship, have the castle shipped to your castle instead, then ship it yourself to your morose buyer using your $100 statement credit.

@ste-9405,

That really wasn't a very helpful comment.

I am not an eBay employee. I'm a US eBay Community Mentor.
