Does anyone else think frequent eBay buyers know the system about not as described and if they have buyers remorse, automatically state that even though what they state as not as described is not only described but also photographed them we have to pay shipping back and forth?

Not to give free advertising to Nike, but---JUST DO IT. Get it back, and refund the money. It's the best thing you can do to (hopefully) protect your feedback. Then--block um.

Ebay told you that? I’m just floored that they don’t even go back and read the listing. I do t know why we are penalized for things we did right. I also had full description. What she said is an out and lie. If they’d even looked at the listing before forcing me to accept return, I wouldn’t have had to.
I just don’t see how we’re ever protected.

One thing to remember, when you buy an item at a local auction or B&M store, you can check the item out before buying.
When buying online a buyer doesn't have a chance to check out the item before buying.
