Hi everyone,
I recently returned an item back to this seller located in MA. The item originally was sent to me from China (even though the seller is based in the US)... Long story short, eBay decided in my favor to return the item to this specific address. The seller never replied to any of my e-mails nor the open case that was made. Zero contact. I used eBay's shipping label to send back the item. I checked the tracking and the item had to be redelivered. Now the tracking says, it's available for Pick-Up in the seller's area but the seller hasn't picked it up yet. My question is... if the item doesn't get picked up and gets sent back... Does it get sent back to me or does it get sent to eBay since I used eBay's courtesy label? If the seller decides to respond to me... In case the item does get sent to eBay, do I just tell them to talk to eBay? Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

Your responsibility is to send the item, which you have done ... in eBay's world, and attempted delivery is the same as a delivery.
If it has been a few days since the package has been available to the seller, I would call up eBay and ask them to help you out. They may delay you for a few days, giving notice to the seller, but you shouldn't have to wait more than a week to get refunded.
(If the package is returned, it will be returned to the return address on the label ... likely your address. You would be eligible for a refund even if it is returned because a delivery was attempted).

Thank you so much, orangehound!
I will be sure to call eBay up since the seller has until Jan. 23rd to pick up the item. I don't want to wait too long for my refund 'cause that's what's really all that matters!
