Returning an item

I have an item that is the wrong size and I want to return it, when I go through all the **bleep** that eBay makes me go through it tells me that they have no record of me purchasing this item, I mean **bleep**? Dealing with eBay is turning out to be one of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had, does anybody out there know how I can get this resolved, I mean they have no record of me purchasing this and I emailed the seller who goes by... , well he won't respond to my inquiry, so what am I stuck with these $80 tennis shoes that don't fit?

Is it possible that you made the purchase with a guest account rather than this one?  You should have received an email from ebay when you made the purchase and it should give you a link for the return.
