When you start a return and get a message that seller has accepted your return and the seller provided RMA, what does that mean? And then an email from ebay stating to ship the item back and print a label. Who exactly is paying for this return label? My return request is for "not as described" but this is not a case.

The seller will pay for the label. Just write the RMA # on the box and I would enclose a printed copy as well. And ship the item back. The tracking number will be automatically uploaded for you.

Since you didn't actually get an RMA number --
just go back to your return details page --
print the prepaid label --and mail that label back to your seller.

If you don't get it? eBay will get it?
