I recently sold an item that ebay automatically approved the customer's return of an item that does not fit. My return policy is clearly stated on each item ***RETURNS ACCEPTED ONLY IF ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED**. I had listed all measurements of this blouse in my description. This customer did not contact me directly just went directly to ebay and maybe that is because she knows what my return policy is. What is recommended that I do?

You have a 14 day return policy. What you say in your terms have no meaning on eBay. If you want to enforce that, you must change your return policy to "No Returns".

eBay is not wild wild west anymore where every seller does as he pleases.
Rules say: "If return is accepted it's accepted for any reason". Hence your return request was auto accepted.
But got to give it to eBay's stupidity, they still have an input box where you can put your own return rules.
I guess it's there in case you want to make more generous return rules than eBay standard rule allows.

Your return policy violates eBay policy. If you take returns you have to take them for any reason. You cannot stipulate not as described only. That is a no return policy all sellers have to take returns for that. eBay went to automatic returns with the fall update. So if you have a return policy it automatically accepts it for any reason the buyer chooses. You need to change to a no return policy. You’ll have to accept this return and refund according to how your policy is set up
