So, about a week or two ago I bought a 1650 Super for 284 dollars as a guest on Ebay. By the time it should have arrived, it didn't arrive. I tried contacting the seller, but the seller's account has been deactivated or deleted, so I cannot contact it. I have my order number, proof that I bought it, and I think everything I need in order to get my money back. How exactly do I get my money back though?

Log out and then log back in as a guest. You need to file an item not received case. If you still can't, click the help and contact link at lower right of this page to speak to an eBay rep. Never buy as a guest if you have an account. It makes things harder to do

There should be a link to do that on the email you received when you made the purchase.
If not, you can try opening one in the resolution center at the bottom of the page but I'm not sure if that works for guest purchases.
