Ok so i bought an item from a seller. After a couple of days, it died and i messaged the seller and saying that it died and that i wanted to return the item for a refund. I never got a reply back from him. The seller has a 30 day return policy.
However, i read on the forums that as long as you send your item back, and the ebay system sees that your item was delivered back, that ebay would auto-refund you.
So thinking this, i went ahead and returned the item, it was delivered several days ago. I still never got a refund from the seller or heard from him through message. A couple days ago, in the return details, it stated that if i don't get my refund by the 19th, that i could ask ebay to step in, and i saw the button for that.
However, today is the 19th, i never got my refund, and i no longer see the button to ask ebay to step in.....
WHAT DO I DO NOW?
