Returned Leg Pouch.

I ordered a diabetic leg pouch from a seller. It arrived on Monday. It had holes in it and it smelled. I stated that it smelled and looked used.. Immediately started return process and left a review. Mailed it back out on Tuesday and seller received it on Thursday. Seller is disputing my return? Says there were no holes and said it was my perfume. Also, that I altered pictures? They posted pictures in dispute that were not the same pouch. The seller said they wouldn’t give a refund unless I took down my negative review. I shop eBay regularly and have never returned anything except this. Is this how sellers treat customers who are not pleased with product? I am in shock of this treatment.

Re: Returned Leg Pouch.

Cease all communication with your seller. Your seller must refund, but has 2 business days: Friday and Monday.

You'll have to wait until Tuesday next week to ask eBay to step up and force a refund @bblue19694 unless your seller foolishly clicks that button now, first.

Re: Returned Leg Pouch.

Bev, the seller is hoping you'll make a mistake, and reply with something they can use against you. Ignore the messages, and do not open them.

Just wait until Tuesday for your refund, then on Tuesday, if you still don't have your refund, click Ask eBay to step in. It's unfortunate you have a bad seller, sorry.

Sorry you are having a poor experience.  If you opened up a Not as Described return claim (e.g., the item arrived defective or it did not match pictures or the description), then the seller must refund your money upon receipt.

If they do not, you can "ask eBay to step in" after 2 business days, and your refund will happen.  The seller cannot hold your refund hostage because of a negative feedback.

No need to communicate with the seller.

Re: Returned Leg Pouch.

That's feedback extortion, you should report them. They can't refuse your money if you don't change feedback.

Buyers can't use the threat of negative (or promise of positive) feedback to get a seller to provide goods or services that weren't included in the original item's description or purchase price. Similarly, they can't use feedback to force a seller to accept a return, or give a refund, if they're not required to by the terms of their listing, or the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Report the seller for feedback extortion and ask eBay to step in on the return for refund.

Re: Returned Leg Pouch.

Hopefully you did the return by filing a claim  "not as described. "  Nonetheless, your seller can't refuse to refund you because they are unhappy with the negative review.  This is not typical behavior for sellers  either and you just got a bad seller.   I wouldn't be very happy either if I purchased a new item that smelled and had holes especially for such a personal use item.  As this seller has other products of the same nature it doesn't matter what he uses in an attempt to disprove your claim.  I imagine the seller is upset because they don't sell much and it's their 1st negative. I would not respond to this seller's demand to change your review.  If this seller does not provide your refund you may need to have Ebay step in and force it which will give them a defect.

Re: Returned Leg Pouch.

Just ignore the seller's messages.  This is called feedback extortion which is a violation of eBay policy and you can report him.  Keep all communication through eBay only.  He will have to refund you.  By the way your seller is a  complainer too.  LOL Read the messages he leaves for his sellers.
