If buyer doesnt shipped return how long it gets to close the case ?

HAve any defect on seller after it ?

There are cases where the buyer ships after the expected date and it still goes through so you will just have to wait until the case times out and closes on it's own. Don't contact eBay to get it closed because they may consider that getting eBay involved and have been known to charge an additional fee for that. Try to be patient and just wait it out. There is no actual defect but all returns do get marked on a seller's account for 18 months. Best of luck to you....

if the buyer does not return the item then you will just have to wait it out

sellers were instructed not to call and try to get returns closed

some estimates are that its up to 35 buisness days which is a long time

if you have money being held it can be no fun waiting but thats what ebays prefers that you do
