I sold 2 items (video games) to the same buyer with descriptive pictures and when both were delivered they made a claim that one was not in described condition and wanted a refund. I messaged asking to send pictures of the item to see if it was damaged during shipping but no luck. I then issued a refund and provided shipping back because of the case the buyer opened. This was on the 12/11/2019. They buyer must take action with this by 12/18/19 (now a week ago) and still hasn’t. Should I have eBay step in and cancel the return request?
