eBay

So I started a return on eBay and then the seller sent a return label which I printed and sent the item back on January 21st. I then uploaded the tracking info to the return page and it is now in the "Your item is on its way back to the seller" Status.

Fast forward to today and using the tracking number I provided, the postal service website shows it was delivered but when I click "Show more" on the eBay return page for tracking I get "No tracking information to show. Please check back later." as if the tracking system in the return process is broken therefor even though the item has been delivered on January 24th the eBay return process is stuck on "its on its way back to the seller.

Any ideas?

There has been a problem with returns tracking for at least 2 weeks. If the package was delivered on 1/24 and the seller still has not refunded (the seller has 2-3 business days to refund), then you'll need to give eBay a call to get their assistance.

Likewise. Over in my buying account, I returned an item last week using the return label provided, uploaded the tracking number (not sure if I even needed to, but figured it wouldn't hurt), and according to USPS.com, it was delivered last Monday, two days ago. The eBay tracking still shows it in transit. I'm wondering how long that's going to drag on before it updates and I get my refund. I'll give it a few more days yet.

My return was delivered to the seller on the 27th but due to eBay's tracking "glitch" it is showing delivered on the 29th. So now according to eBay the seller has till the 31st to issue my refund.

I included a screenshot taken from USPS that it was delivered on the 27th but apparently that doesn't matter to eBay.

I tried to add ( I was timed out ) that I just went back and checked and now it show's that the seller issued a refund but the Refund Sent still doesn't have the green check mark a Refund sent isn't green. Plus if it doesn't clear it can take till the 20th to be able to open a case and then who knows how much more time to jump through the MBG hoops?
