I have a question. I bought a box of embroidered patches that said Bear Archery. I purchased them at an estate sale along with a bow some arrows and other equipment. There were about 70 some patches in the box I wanted a few and sold the rest. My listing was for 5 patches at 60 dollars. One customer said that I did not say they were not original. I don't know what original is in this case. But the only thing I put in the listing was that I had gotten them at an estate sale and that they were NOS but I posted them as used and that was it. I also stated I don't take returns. I know that some will say just give a refund and move on but if I say I don't take refunds unless something is defective than why even say it? He also says that the patches are very good but shows me one he has he says is "original" and mine is about 1/8 inch bigger and that he "suspects" they are not original.

If the buyer claims they are fake and files an INAD, you'll have to refund.
If you want them back, you'll have to also pay return shipping.

I also stated I don't take returns.
-'No Returns' does NOT mean no refunds.
I know that some will say just give a refund and move on but if I say I don't take refunds unless something is defective than why even say it?
-I would never say 'just give a refund'. You should approve the Return request and get your items back first. When you receive them, you issue the refund.
-Your buyer sees them as 'defective'... they don't meet his standards.

Well I offered the buyer a full refund minus the 2.50 it cost me for shipping once I receive the patches back. I did not accept the return because it wanted me to pay shipping. I don't see how I should pay shipping on something where it was not a fault of mine but the buyers being difficult and rude. Calling me a scammer because I had inserted shipping in the invoice not remembering that it was free shipping. I removed when brought to my attention. Now he is calling me names and just being rude. To just not have to deal with this "difficult" [I will use this word to be nice] person I will just refund to make him go away. If I refund does he still have the ability to leave negative feed back?

Now you're thinking! Yes, the buyer can leave feedback. A full refund might negate their reaction. Good luck!

You would rather refund $60 than pay $2.50 for return shipping? {{confused}}
